Cancellation and Refund Policy

Erase Your Back Pain clients who have purchased the Erase Your Back Pain program have the right to return the product and receive a full refund for the full purchase amount, minus any shipping and handling, by submitting timely notice within the first 30 days from the original purchase date. The original purchase date is the date that an Erase Your Back Pain client agreed to purchase their product/service within the EraseYourBackPain.com shopping cart.

To submit a refund request within the first 30 days of purchase, you must email your request to eybpreturns@gmail.com.

As a condition for receiving a refund, you must first return the Erase Your Back Pain program to the address provided in undamaged, resalable condition. Upon receipt of the returned physical product, the purchase amount, minus shipping & handling, will be refunded.

Refund requests after 30 days from the purchase date will not be processed. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
