I had back surgery 4 years ago for a herniated L4/L5 disk. Surgery went well; but now I have a herniated S1/S5 disk. Tried decompression treatment; but tooo expensive and not covered by insurance. Currently using an inverted table for temporary relief. Invert from 15 - 20 minutes per day … feel better afterward. Am traveling due to job, not able to take inversion table with me.

    HELP …… thanks, Jose

Could be your car seat or the position you’re in when you drive. Also, the sitting position could create some irritation of your piriformis muscle.

    Try these exercises: http://eraseyourbackpain.com/sciatica/sciatica-leg-pain-exercises-for-sciatica/

Could also be if you are sitting on your wallet putting pressure on the piriformis muscle, therefore irratating the sciatic nerve. If your wallet is in your left back pocket take it out and see if that helps.

Got something to say?
