Back Pain Relief: Answers To Your Question

Question:

My pain is pretty much muscle spasms of varying severity. Over the years, I have had good success in managing my back pain through the teachings of Dr. Sarno. I truly can see an increase and decrease in back pain right along the stress and anger levels of my life. My question is: How do I fix this misalignment that has my hips and shoulders our of whack? Stretching? If so which ones? Exercise? Again which ones? Thanks! Dan
