In a recent report from the Mayo Clinic, investigators found positive cardiovascular and muscular benefits of walking on senior citizens. This should be no surprise as a sedentary lifestyle is the enemy of health. Make no mistake about it; inactivity will only make your worse.

The Danish philosopher Soren Kierkegaard put it this way…

“Above all do not lose your desire to walk: everyday I walk my way into a state of wellbeing and walk away from every illness; I have walked myself into my best thoughts, and I know of no thought so burdensome that one could not walk away from it…”
