Despite the lack of scientific or biological evidence to support their claims, manufacturers of static magnets continue to market their products as a viable means of eliminating pain. Nevertheless, millions of people around the world use magnets as a means of alleviating their back pain. But are magnets REALLY an effective back pain treatment?
The short answer appears to be NO.
In a recent study published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal, 29 published papers that examined the effectiveness of magnets on pain relief were reviewed. The analysis suggested that there was no significant effects of magnets in relieving pain when compared to placebo treatment.
Because of the lack of evidence to support the use of magnets to relieve back pain, the use of magnets for back pain treatment can not be recommended.
You can achieve a high degree of back pain relief with the Erase Your Back Pain program… in some cases in as little as an hour. Read how here ==> No More Back Pain!

Hi there,
I bought the most wonderful thick, EXPENSIVE 100% Merino Wool Magnetic underlay. I have to say that it’s the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, warm in winter, cool in summer , but . . . . . .. . Pain Relief.? Not a bit of it. So far as I’m concerned, it’s absolutely useless in that department. I feel a tad ripped off, but because it IS such a beautiful, comfortable underlay I love it.
I would never recommend it to anyone for relieving anything, other than maybe an uncomfortable bed.
All the best,
Leah from Australia.
