Low Back Pain Cured

Back Pain Cure

Terry Bosley writes about the effectiveness of the Erase Your Back Pain program.

I would like to testify to the results I got through Malton’s program, Erase Your Back Pain. I was fortunate enough to live in the city where he practices and was able to go through the program at his clinic.

I had been seeing a chiropractor for 7 years due to low back pain. I was told my pain resulted from my right leg being 12mm shorter then the left leg. I was given a 9mm heel lift that I wore faithfully for 7 years. I felt straighter and relief in my back while wearing the lift.

After years of this, I started feeling stress on my arches, and that is when I was referred to Malton to have orthotics made. In my initial exam with him, he was very honest as to the fact he could make me orthotics but he really believed that I could get rid of the heel lift with a few weeks of therapy. I agreed to try it out.

I went through the Erase Your Back Pain program that consisted of exercise and numerous stretches for an hour twice a week. Within 3 weeks I was able to cut the heel lift in half. After 6 weeks I threw it away for good. The problem was, the muscles in my groin were so tight that it drew my leg up to make it appear shorter then the other.

I stay on a maintenance program of exercise and stretches to maintain the length in the muscles. I am forever grateful to have met Malton and become another success story through his program. If you’re suffering with back pain, I encourage you to try his program. I’m certain it will help you just as it did for me.

I have terrible sciatica pain down my legs and around my thighs into the groin area. I am taking a lot of Tylenol for arthritis pain, and sometimes the pain is so intense, that I have to ask my husband to walk our dogs. I would love to get my life back.

I have been having back pain for the last 20 years due to a fall in the mid l970,s. I have had 3 back surgeries and am now wearing an implanted back stimulator that was implanted about ll/2 years ago. I am still taking medication. I have just started taking Oxycontin with a back up of OXYCODONE apap 10-325. I am still in pain unless I take an Oxycontin every 3 to 4 hours. The doctor is in the process of deciding how much pain medication per day to keep me free of pain.

Can you please help me with other things that I could do in order to stop the pain.

I will try most anything at this point.

Malton,
My name is gladys hobbs. I have been suffering with back pain for 5 years. I first started with severe pain in my back and hip. I went to several doctors but did not get any relief. I was referred to a neurosurgeon who said I had to have surgery because a piece of bone was laying on my nerve. He went in and removed the piece of bone and I had to lay on my back for 2 months in order to heal. After 2 months, I went back to work, I am a school teacher, within 2 weeks at work my pain came back worse than ever. I have been going to a pain management clinic having steroid injections in my spine and I was able to walk and function with a lot less pain, but a year ago my doctor left and moved back to Arizona, his home town, and I cannot find anyone who does the injections as he did and I am dying with pain. The neurosurgeon who did my surgery just told me yesterday that I will need surgery again, but this time I will need to have my back fused and have rods put in my back. He said I would have to be off work for 6 months. Can you give me some advice on what I might need to do because I am in so much pain that can’t live like this. I have no quality of life what so ever. I am too young to retire, and even if I was, I would still be suffering from the pain. I have even thought of suicide, but I would never do anything like that, but with pain like this, I don’t know what to do. It is killing me a little at a time. Please help me if you can.

I have a trapped nerve from my left lower back down to antiinflammatorymy left outside calf muscle. The pain is severe in my left calf region and I could not walk a few weeks ago. I am on painkillers and anti-inflammatory tablets but with little effect. I find hot baths help a bit and I can now walk a little. Any advice welcome.
