Although the video is essentially an infomercial for a particular brand of table, the information is accurate and should answer your questions about back pain treatment utilizing spinal decompression.
As always, spinal decompression, like all passive forms of back pain treatment, WILL NOT provide long term back pain relief. Hi Malton. Firstly, I just wanted to let anyone reading know that I tried finding a clinic that had a decompression table in the UK about 6 months ago and couldnt find any. Perhaps the situation is different now but it seems as thought this technology is taking its time to go across the pond. Secondly, I wanted to thank you for the exercises you prescribed as the first weeks treatment program to correct my high and forward pelvis syndrome before correcting my neck. The lower back pain has gone and I am already standing straighter than before. Big thanks!
