This is great information for people suffering with back injuries - only wish this had been about when someone within my own family used to suffer badly from back discomfort.

I was fused at L4/5 over 15 years ago with all the hardware. I have since been diagnosed with Failed Back Syndrome. Last week an MRI said I have a bulging disc @ L3. Can I do your exercise program in my condition? I am almost completely bed ridden at age 50 with sciatica and burning feet and numbed toes. Thank you for your help!
